Together, let's create a harmonious experience and continue the spirit of care and appreciation for culture and history that hasgraced these walls.

Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is possible until 10:30 AM. We are flexible whenever possible, taking into account the cleaning time required for the next guests. Airport transfers can be arranged upon prior agreement.

Upon arrival, please provide access for the host to check your ID card or passport for registration in the guestbook.

The accommodation is designed for the maximum number of guests permitted in the booking (2+2 people).

To maintain the condition, order, and cleanliness of the apartment and its furnishings, please refrain from any activities you would not do in your own home.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused on the premises. Upon departure, guests are required to leave the apartment in the same condition, arrangement, and cleanliness as it was at check-in.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (the balcony). Smokers are kindly asked to dispose of cigarette butts properly — collect, extinguish, and throw them into the trash bin. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

For the comfort of our guests and neighbours, please avoid making noise, playing loud music, or organising parties on the premises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The operator or owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation or immediately remove from the property any guests who behave disruptively or fail to comply with the house rules.

Guests may bring small, house-trained, and well-behaved pets upon prior agreement. However, pets are not allowed on seating or sleeping furniture (sofa, bed, etc.). If necessary, a cleaning fee of 5,000 HUF may be charged. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by the pet.

Household waste should be placed in the designated bins in the kitchen for recycling (bin bags for the kitchen bin are located in the drawer). If the bins become full during your stay, please empty them into the large outdoor bins located near the house entrance (in the courtyard).

A high chair and baby bath can be provided upon request and prior arrangement.

For longer stays, weekly cleaning can be arranged upon request.

All equipment and furnishings in the apartment are the exclusive property of the host and must not be removed. At the end of your stay, please take extra care when packing your belongings. The removal of any items or furnishings from the apartment will result in immediate legal action and compensation claims.

Please do not use the air conditioning while windows are open.

Do not leave electrical appliances unattended, especially the stove and iron in the kitchen or bedroom.

The use of incense and candles is strictly prohibited throughout the building.

The volume of musical instruments, audio devices, TVs, computers, etc. must be kept at a level that cannot be heard outside the apartment.

Please note that the owner cannot be held responsible and will not provide compensation for damages resulting from events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, etc.).

For safety and security purposes, a video surveillance system operates in the common and public areas of the building. By signing the rental agreement, all residents consent to the processing of their personal data in the form of video recordings.

  • Recordings are stored only for as long as necessary.

  • Residents have the right to exercise their data protection rights and to access information regarding the processing of their data.
