Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:30 AM. However, we are flexible whenever possible, considering the cleaning time required for the next guests. Airport transfers can be arranged upon prior agreement.
Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to present their identification card or passport to the host for registration purposes in the guestbook.
The accommodation is intended for the number of guests specified in the prior reservation (2+2 persons).
To maintain the condition, orderliness, and cleanliness of the apartment and its furnishings, we kindly ask you to refrain from any activities that you wouldn’t engage in at your own home.
Guests are financially liable for any damages caused to the property. Upon departure, guests are obligated to return the apartment in the same condition, layout, and cleanliness as it was received during check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (balcony). We respectfully request smoking guests to dispose of cigarette butts in a proper manner, by collecting and extinguishing them before disposing of them in the trash. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited.
To ensure the peace of our guests and neighbors, please refrain from making noise, playing loud music, or organizing parties in the accommodation between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The operator or owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who behave disruptively or fail to comply with the house rules, or to remove guests from the premises immediately.
Guests may bring small, house-trained, and well-behaved pets, subject to prior arrangement. However, pets are not allowed on seating or sleeping furniture (sofa, bed, etc.). If necessary, a cleaning fee of 5000 Ft may apply for pets. The owner of the pet is solely responsible for any damages or personal injuries caused by the pet.
Household waste can be placed in the designated trash bins in the kitchen for recycling purposes (trash bags for the kitchen bin can be found in the drawer). If the bins become full during your stay, kindly empty them in the large bins located near the house entrance (in the courtyard).
Upon prior arrangement and request, we can provide a high chair and a baby bath.
For longer stays, weekly cleaning can be arranged upon request.
All the equipment and amenities provided in the apartment are the exclusive property of the host, and taking them away is strictly prohibited. Please pay special attention to the belongings when packing your luggage at the end of your stay. Theft of any items or furnishings from the apartment will result in immediate legal action and compensation.
Please refrain from using the air conditioning with the windows open.
Do not leave electrical appliances, especially the stove and iron, unattended when switched on in the kitchen or bedroom.
The use of incense and candles is prohibited throughout the building.
The sound of instruments, audio devices, TVs, computers, etc., should be kept at a volume level that cannot be heard outside of the apartment.
Please note that the owner cannot assume responsibility or provide compensation for damages resulting from events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, hailstorms, fire, power outages, etc.).
For security and personal property protection purposes, a camera surveillance system is in operation in the common and public areas of the building. By signing the rental agreement, all residents of the building consent to the processing of their personal data captured in the form of recorded images.
-The recordings are kept only for the necessary period.
-Residents have the right to exercise their rights related to data processing and access information about the handling of their data.
